Kerry: US may turn back to Security Council after UN experts’ report
In another possible delaying tactic, US Secretary of State John Kerry said Sunday that there is “no decision yet” by President Barack Obama and he will “take under advisement on our friends proposal” to go back to the UN Security Council after the UN experts submit their report on the Aug. 21 chemical attack in Damascus. Kerry’s comment indicated that Washington was preparing for another delay of military action against Syria.
