Kerry will return to the Mid East tomorrow if needed

US Secretary of State John Kerry warned Tuesday “There are great risks of even an escalation of the violence,” adding that the US wanted to given an Egyptian ceasefire initiative time to work, but was ready to fly back to the Middle East “tomorrow” if needed.
