Kiev orders Ukrainian troops to evacuate all Crimean bases

The defense ministry in Kiev Monday ordered Ukrainian troops to pull out of every last of their Crimean bases. No word on the logistics of how to evacuate 20,000 soldiers and move them from the annexed peninsula to Ukraine. The order was issued after Russian troops with helicopter cover took over the Ukrainian naval facility at Feodosia, one of the last bases remaining to Kiev in the annexed peninsula.
