Kurdish leaders in talks with Assad regime and Russians
A Kurdish leader informed Reuters on Sunday of negotiations taking place with the Assad regime at the Russian air base in Syria , in light of the Turkish operation against the Kurds in northern Syria. Syrian government forces are moving north towards the Turkish-Kurdish battle zone.
