Lavrov: Moscow eager to work with Washington on Syrian crisis

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov Sunday emphasized the importance of joint Russian-American efforts to solve the Syrian crisis at the end of a meeting in Moscow with Jordan’s visiting foreign minister, Ayman Safadi. “I can assure that we’re fully ready for this. We count on Washington to demonstrate the same approach,” Lavrov said.
