Lavrov promises “harsh response” to San Francisco consulate shutdown

In response to the US shutdown of the Russian consulate in San Francisco and two trade missions in America, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said: Friday: "We'll react as soon as we finish our analysis. We will respond harshly to things that damage us.”
