Lavrov: Russia will retaliate if citizens’ interests threatened

In an interview to Russia Today,  Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Wednesday that “an attack on Russian citizens would be deemed an attack against the Russian Federation.”  He was responding to the Kiev authorities call to re-launch the armed “anti-terror” operation against pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine.
