Lebanese sources: IDF machine guns installed on northern border

The Lebanese state news agency NNA reports: “The Israeli enemy has for the first time started installing modern machine guns used to fire small 40mm caliber bombs at several points along a border line spanning the Shebaa Farms (Mt Hermon in the northeast) to Al-Ghajar (in the central area).

DEBKAfile’s military sources says the NNA is referring to the MK 47 US-made GD machine gun with laser guidance and precision capacity. This weapon was recently supplied to all IDF field units.

These are not real machine guns with bullets, only laser toys throwing some sort of apples with half the speed speed and rounded tip. It is in preparation to welcome Hezbollah fighters.

But, the wording of the news report makes me think it was written by a terrorist from Hezbollah, or a supporter of such, infiltrated in the Lebanese state news agency NNA. This is pretty bad, a shame on Lebanon.

They are your enemy only because you want them to be.
