Suddenly dropping some democracy onto an Islamic country is like bringing to firemen buckets of gasoline as opposed to water or other fire retardant.

General Haftar is concerned a lot more with civic peace, order, and discipline, and leaves a impression that he really hates excess democracy with armed “brothers” on the streets. About the Muslim Brotherhood, he is kind to allow them voting who gets the first bullet.
