Lieberman heads to Washington to meet top Trump officials

Israel Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman left Monday midnight for Washington, where he will make the acquaintance of new top Trump administration officials. He has appointments with Vice President Mike Pence, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Defense Secretary Lt. Gen. James Mattis. The Israeli minister will be received at the Pentagon with the formal trappings accorded an official visitor.
