Lieberman: Terror tunnel destroyed. Qatar envoy faces Palestinian protesters

Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman reported Monday that the target struck near Rafah by an Israeli air strike on Sunday night was another terror tunnel. It was destroyed at short notice after its discovery. In Gaza City, Palestinian protesters mobbed the convoy of Qatari’s ambassador Muhammad Al Amda’i. They shouted demands for the emirate to stop transferring aid funds for the Gaza Strip to the Hamas government, but directly to the people.
