Likud and Kahol Lavan file bill to dissolve Knesset and March 2 election

Lawmakers of the rival Likud and Kahol Lavan parties tabled a bill on Tuesday for the dissolution of the 22nd Knesset and a national election on March 2, 2020. The bill passes its first, second and third readings on Wednesday. At midnight, Israel’s politicians, having failed to form a government, launch yet another election campaign.
