Likud’s storm in a teacup: Knesset list unchanged after ballot recount
The recount of votes ordered by Likud, after irregularities were found at some voting stations in the party primary vote last week, did not change the results: Yuli Edelstein, Israeli Katz, Gilead Erdan, Gideon Saar and Miri Regev are still the top five on the list of candidates for the April 9 election. The recount found 2,000 ballots were incorrectly tallied out of the 58 percent of 69,000 members who cast votes.
