Lindsey Graham says Kim Jong-un must be dead or incapacitated

 US Senator Lindsey Graham, referring to reports of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un being dead or in a “vegetative state,” commented: “I haven’t heard anything directly  but I’ll be shocked if he’s not dead or incapacitated because you don’t let rumors like this go… unanswered in a closed society….” He hoped his successor would cooperate with Washington.
