Man sought for 2012 Benghazi attack nabbed in Libya
US special operations forces have captured in Libya a terrorist sought for the 2012 attack on the US diplomatic compound in Benghazi, in which US ambassador Chris Stevens and four other Americans were killed. President Barack Obama and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton came under public opprobrium for their handling of this affair. The US commandos who captured the terrorists are taking him back to the US aboard a military plane. They declined to identity him. The mission to catch the perpetrators of the Benghazi attack was approved by President Donald Trump.
