Man suspected of wearing explosive belt arrested at Brussels mall

A man suspected of wearing a fake suicide belt was arrested Tuesday morning at City2 Shopping Mall in Brussels. Large parts of the city center were closed off by Belgian security forces following the arrest and Prime Minister Charles Michel convened an emergency meeting of the National Security Council. Israeli President Reuven Rivlin is currently visiting the Belgian capital and EU headquarters.
