Manhunt for Barcelona driver widened to Europe

After failing to catch the driver of the van which trampled to death 13 people in Barcelona, Catalan officials have widened the hunt to Europe, suspecting he may have slipped across the border to France.
They have not revealed his name, but he is generally believed to be Younes Abouyaaaqoub, member of a major ISIS cell in Catalonia.
