Many killed and injured in Egyptian bus blast in Sinai
The Islamist war on the Egyptian army in Sinai moved close to the Israeli and Gaza borders early Monday when a bus carrying workmen to the MFO Al Gora camp in northern Sinai was blown up by rocket-propelled grenades. The number of casualties varied from 3 dead, 17 injured, according to security and medical sources, to an unofficial 13-20 dead. The attackers shouted Allahu Akbar when the bus blew up before disappearing in the desert. The attack came hours after gunmen clashed with the Egyptian army near the Israeli border.
