Previewing President Donald Trump’s first foreign trip, National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster said he has not made a decision yet on whether to add more US troops to support forces in Afghanistan. He will have the opportunity to hear from allies during his trip, which will include stops at the NATO summit and the gathering of G7 nations. The president’s visit to Saudi Arabia, Israel, the Vatican, Belgium and Italy will, McMaster said, show his engagement with leaders around the world. McMaster says that Trump understands that "America first does not mean America alone."
