McMaster: “The time is now to act against Iran”

Iran is building and arming an increasingly powerful network of proxies in countries like Syria, Yemen and Iraq that can turn against the governments of those states, US. National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster said on Saturday. Speaking at the annual Munich Security Conference, Trump’s security adviser said: “What’s particularly concerning is that this network of proxies is becoming more and more capable, as Iran seeds more and more …destructive weapons into these networks,” “So the time is now, we think, to act against Iran,” he said.

What do you mean “careful what you wish for”??? This is what THEY wish for. They want war and are making war. Hopefully iran itself is now targeted – they have been spared the hell they have visited on others.

Yes, well past time that iran was directly attacked and shown what it feels like to be under fire. Their famed “IRG” has not performed that well in recent past battles – last weekend’s ill-fated assault was led by the IRG. They have bravado and bluster reminiscent of Saddam. And we do remember how that turned out…

I predict the gang of ayatoolas who currently dominate Persia will end up at the end of a hangman’s rope.

iran and iraq fought for years in a standoff–usa came in took out iraq in 3 days–mop up took a few more–cleaning iraqi entrails out of usa tank tracks takes time….

That is 100% true…it has not been a good experience…but what is the alternative? If the US go home – the scum fill the vacuum…requiring another ‘visit’ and clean up…if they stay its costly too… In the long run its better to stay and maintain..eventually it will work itself out…but the scum must never be allowed to get a foothold…they are a cancer…definitely no easy solution other than wiping everyone out…which funnily enough, is exactly what the scum would do if they had the chance…they really enjoy that stuff.

American military should go back to the Powell Doctrine if, “the time is now.” Hold Daraa, and the Syrian Democratic Forces/YPG territories with, every resource and tool to achieve decisive force against the enemy.

Think we can do better than Power Rangers (isn’t that a Chinese program). You know how Egypt became intelligent while Josef was there. Something similar can occur in Iran.
