Military court indicts Elor Azaria for manslaughter over Hebron shooting
Elor Azaria, the IDF soldier who shot and killed a subdued terrorist in Hebron, was indicted on Monday on charges of manslaughter and improper conduct. The terrorist had attacked a group of soldiers who were on duty at a checkpoint in Hebron. The indictment signed by the military prosecutor, Lt. Col. Adoram Rigler, said the accused had illegally caused the death of the terrorist. Azaria's name and place of residence, Ramla, were released on Monday.
