Military tension around Gaza delays crossings handover to Palestinian Authority

The handover of border crossings from Hamas to the Palestinian Authority was postponed from Tuesday to Nov. 15, in light of the ramping up of military tension, following Israel’s destruction of a Jihad Islami terror tunnel on Monday.
