Missile alerts at two villages bordering on the Gaza Strip

Netiv Ha’asara and Kibbutz Yad Modecai were alerted to rocket fire from the neighboring Gaza Strip Friday at noon. A rocket aimed at Israel exploded on the border fence. Israeli dwellers outside the Palestinian enclave reported clashes of gunfire during the morning. Hamas has been observed building border fortifications in the last few days.
