Moallem in Tehran to prepare coming talks with Syrian opposition

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Moallem arrived in Tehran Saturday to line up tactics for the talks tarting Tuesday, March 5 in  Moscow between the Syrian government and opposition.  DEBKAfile:  Snags could cause last-moment delays, such as the Syrian opposition digging in its heels or a major terrorist attack in Syria.
