Mogadishu bomb blasts kill 4, injure Somali Dep PM
The deputy mayor and a Somali lawmaker were among the four people killed Friday by twin suicide bomb car explosions at the Central Hotel near the presidential palace in the Somali capital, Mogadishu. The country's deputy prime minister and other high officials were among those wounded. Al-Shabab, an Islamic insurgent group, claimed the responsibility for the attack, the second on the same hotel in a month.
