More than 23 killed in Benghazi car bombing

A car packed with explosives that was driven by a suicide bomber blew up Tuesday night in the al-Qawarsha section of the Libyan city of Benghazi, killing at least 23 people and wounding dozens of others. A radical Islamic group linked to Al Qaeda, the Shura Council of Benghazi Revolutionaries, claimed responsibility for the attack.
