Moscow recalls ambassador from Kiev

Russia Sunday night recalled its ambassador from Kiev, stating “The deteriorating situation requires urgent consultations in Moscow.” This was the first indication of a possible Russian response to events in Ukraine now that the Sochi Winter Olympics are over ending Sunday.
