Moscow to spend $2.43bn on developing Black Sea fleet

Russian Defense Minister Gen. Sergey Shoigu said Wednesday that $2.43 bn is to be spent on a six-year plan for strengthening his country’s military capabilities in the Black Sea. Already this year, the fleet was augmented by marine units, submarines and new warships.
