Moscow warns arms convoys to Ukraine are targets

Russian Dep FM Sergei Ryabkov warned the US on Saturday that the convoys bringing weapons from a number of countries to Ukraine are not just making a dangerous move but are legitimate targets. He denied any ongoing dialogue with the US on Ukraine but said the Kremlin was open to talks.
