Netanyahu brushes off police questioning on gift-taking

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Tuesday, “Long years of daily persecution of myself and family turned out yesterday to be nothing – zero” – in his first response to the three-hour police interrogation session Monday night on allegations that he accepted improper benefits from businessmen. He directed the same comment at the attorney general’s decision to wind up additional investigations against him.
