Netanyahu on Iran: New president, same regime

Responding to the swearing in of the new Iranian president Hasan Rouhani, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said to the Sunday cabinet meeting: “Iran’s president might have been replaced, but the regime remained as it was. One of Iran’s intentions is to develop a nuclear capability and weapons with the purpose of destroying Israel. This is a risk for both Israel and the world and we are all committed to preventing this from happening.”
