Netanyahu: Those who threaten to annihilate us, are in peril

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu delivered a fighting speech, his 11th at the UN General Assembly Tuesday night. “I have a message for Khamenei,” he said. “Israel’s light will never be extinguished!  Israel will defend itself with all its military strength and act to prevent Iran from establishing itself in Syria, producing deadly weapons in Lebanon and establishing new bases along our northern border. Those who threaten our annihilation are themselves in mortal peril.”

The prime minister warmly praised President Trump’s stand on the Iranian question and the support of the American people. The Iranian deal must be either be changed or canceled, Netanyahu said. Tehran must be stopped from developing ballistic missiles and spreading aggression across the region. He then turned to the Iranian people in Farsi: “One day, you will be rid of this evil regime and then the friendship between our peoples will return. We are committed to peace with all our neighbors, including the Palestinians.”
