Netanyahu to call on Putin about S-300 for Syria
Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu plans a visit to President Vladimir Putin to discuss Russian arms sales to Syria, in particular, the sale of advanced S-300 anti-aircraft missiles. Putin’s spokesman confirmed the visit would take place next week without details. The state RIA Novosty news agency citing a diplomatic source, said Netanyahu is expected to call on the Russian president at his Black Sea resident in Sochi early next week. His office in Jerusalem declined to comment.
