Netanyahu to meet with Clinton, Trump on Sunday
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet separately with Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump on Sunday.
The meetings were arranged in the last 24 hours and will take place in New York City. The meeting with Trump came to fruition following a phone call between the GOP nominee's representatives and Netanyahu's office after it was clear that a similar meeting was going to take place with Clinton.
Both have expressed unwavering support for Israel. The meetings are likely to take place in New York, where the prime minister addressed the UN General Assembly Thursday.
Clinton and Trump will face off for the first time in person on Monday night, at the first presidential debate which is tensely awaited as critical in their tightening contest for the November election.
