Netanyahu to visit UK, his third European trip this month
PM Binyamin Netanyahu has scheduled a visit the UK over the next weekend to meet his British counterpart Rishi Sunak., the PMO confirms. The visit will take place on the 11th week of stormy massive protests against the government’s judicial reform and active security concerns combined with the onset of Ramadan. After visiting Rome, he was met In Berlin with hostile demos and reprimanded by German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz for the reform plan, to which Netanyahu replied that Israel is “and will remain a liberal democracy.”
