Nineteen firefighters die in Arizona wildfire
In the US state of Arizona, 19 firefighters died Sunday night battling a fast-moving wildfire at Yarnell Hill a small town northwest of Phoenix. Two small towns were evacuated after the blaze, carried by high winds amid torrid temperatures, destroyed 200 houses. A forestry spokesman said a lightening strike is believed to be the cause of the disaster, which caused the greatest loss of life among US firemen of any wildfire blaze in 80 years.
