No Kremlin reference to Putin’s apology for Lavrov’s antisemitic remarks

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett reported on Thursday that President Vladimir Putin had apologized to him for FM Lavrov’s remarks likening the Ukraine leader to Hitler. The Russian president had congratulated Israel on its 74th year of independence, Bennett reported, together with an apology. The Kremlin readout of the conversation made no reference to an apology.
