No sign of survivors among 18 Indian submarine seamen
The submarine INS Sindhurakshak sank after exploding and catching fire early Wednesday while berthed in the Mumbai naval dockyard. Nineteen crewmen were trapped in the vessel. There are no signs that any have survived.. DEBKAfile: The INS vessel was re-launched in October 2012 after two years at Russian shipyards for upgrading.
