North Korea: Lieberman is “reckless and wicked”
The North Korean foreign ministry responded Saturday night to comments by Israel’s Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, who said a nuclear confrontation with North Korea would have implications for Israel and that “Kim Jong-un is an ally of Assad,” which makes him “part of a crazy extremist group … from North Korea, through Iran, to Syria and Hezbollah.” Pyongyang called the Israeli minister “reckless, sordid and wicked” and a “grave challenge to the DPRK.” The statement said that North Korea fully supports the struggle of the Palestinian people for an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
