North Korea test-fires Scud-C missiles – Seoul

South Korean officials said the missiles fired early Monday flew more than 500 km and are capable of hitting any target on the divided peninsula. Pyongyang test-fired four similar missiles last week in protest at the start of a South Korean-US military exercise.
