North Korea to pull workers from Kaesong Industrial zone

The decision affects 51,000 North Korean workers and will shut down more than 100 factories in the industrial zone which is run jointly by the North and South Korea. There was no word on the 475 South Korean managers still there. Seoul has not ruled out military action of they are at risk. Earlier, the South Korean Defense Minister contradicted reports by officials of indications that the North was about to carry out another nuclear test.
