North Korea would close nuclear complex for US “reciprocal action”
At a joint news conference in Pyongyang Wednesday, North Korea’s Kim Jong-Un and S. Korean President Moon Jae-in committed to turning the peninsula into a “land of peace without nuclear weapons and nuclear threats.” North Korea would close its main nuclear complex and permanently abolish key missiles facilities under foreign inspection, if the US takes unspecified ”reciprocal action”, the two leaders stated.
Kim has proposed holding a second summit with President Donald Trump.
