North Korean engineers helping Iran improve its ballistic missiles

Engineers from North Korea are helping Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps extend the range, precision and speed of its ballistic missiles, the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security said Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pyongyang informed the UN space agency that it will send a satellite into orbit later this month.
