North Korea’s ambassador to Italy disappear

South Korea’s spy agency reports the disappearance of Jo Song-gil, acting North Korean ambassador to Rome with his wife, following unconfirmed reports that he had sought asylum in a Western country. Jo is the son and son-in-law of high-ranking officials in Pyongyang.
