North Korea’s Kim Jong Un meets with officials from the South
It is believed the first time that Kim Jong Un has spoken directly to officials from Seoul. Among the officials he is meeting in Pyongyang Monday are South Korea’s National Security Chief, Chung Eui-yong, and the country’s spy chief, Suh Hoon. Their trip north is in line with South Korean President Moon Jae-in’s policy of seeking a diplomatic solution for the North’s nuclear weapons program on the heels of Pyongyang’s participation in the Winter Olympics.
Keep on the thumb screws, keep up the pressure, do not believe a thing unless “fat boy” speaks directly with the White House.
