North Korea’s military chief is sacked

Ri Yong-ho has been removed from all his official posts as head of the North Korean army, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission and top posts in the ruling Workers’ Party. The party explained his dismissal by illness, arousing widespread skepticism.
