Obama and Kerry will not see Netanyahu in Washington

President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry will not see Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu when he visits Washington at the invitation of House Speaker John Boehner to address Congress on Feb. 11 on Iran. The State Department said that the president does not receive foreign leaders running for election so as not to be seen to interfere in the democratic process of other countries.
