Obama and Netanyahu set for White House talks on Nov. 9

The White House announced Wednesday that President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will hold talks in Washington on Nov. 9. The communiqué came hours after the Kremlin announcement of a meeting between Netanyahu and President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Sept. 21. It is highly unusual for Washington and Moscow to announce on the same day visits by the Israeli prime minister.
