US President Barack Obama is due to hold talks on the Ukraine crisis in Talinn Wednesday with the presidents of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. He next attends a NATO summit taking place in Brussels Thursday and Friday, which is expected to endorse plans to set up a rapid crisis response force against Russian aggression.
