Obama to cut short India visit to see new Saudi King in Riyadh

US President Barack Obama will cut short his India trip to visit Riyadh Tuesday, reportedly with the First Lady, to hold talks with the new Saudi King Salman. World leaders taking part in official ceremonies in Riyadh to honor the late monarch Abdullah and pay respects to his successor include David Cameron and Prince Charles and French President Francois Hollande.  US Vice President Joe Biden was due to join the Saturday ceremony but postponed. Iran will be represented by Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has just landed in Riyadh.
